If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.

You must not use LoreFind to upload, link to, or distribute illegal content.

You must not post content that promotes violence, exploitation, harassment, threats, or hate.

You must not impersonate another person, organization, or LoreFind staff.

You must not abuse or attempt to disrupt the platform, including spam, scraping, fraud, or security attacks.

You must not attempt to bypass account, moderation, or permission controls.

4. User Content and Moderation

You are responsible for content you submit, including links, images, and descriptions.

We may review, restrict, remove, or moderate content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Repeated or serious violations can result in suspension or permanent account removal.

5. Safety and Location Features

Location features are optional and permission-based, but some visit/progress features require device location access.

You are responsible for your own safety while exploring locations.

Do not trespass, ignore local restrictions, or enter inaccessible/unsafe areas.

LoreFind is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or legal issues arising from your activities.

You are solely responsible for researching and assessing whether any location is legal to access and safe to visit.

If you find incorrect information on a record, especially related to safety or legal access, we encourage you to contact the record curator so it can be reviewed and amended.

Some devices or tools can report inaccurate or intentionally faked location data.

LoreFind will not penalise users for inaccurate or faked geolocation data, but there is also no competitive or practical benefit to falsifying location because visit tracking is intended for personal progress only.

6. Privacy

Use of LoreFind is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify features, policies, or access controls at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or legal/compliance reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time.
